What types of crafts do you offer?

We specialize in crochet products including yarns, crochet starter boxes, tools, accessories, and premade crocheted items. Our products cater to both beginners and experienced crafters.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we do offer custom orders. Please contact us using the form and we can create your item based on your preferences.

How do I care for my crochet items?

For yarn orders please check the yarn band for care instructions. On custom & premade items we’ll include any special care instructions with your order.

Do you run workshops?

We don’t run full workshops (yet!) but we do offer a “Have a Go at Crochet” activity at our stall so you can try it out, plus our Crochet Starter Boxes include the basic stitches instructions booklet to help get you started.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. For custom orders, we will keep you updated on the progress of your product and let you know when it has been dispatched.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we only post to UK Mainland addresses.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! If you’re local to Shipdham, Norfolk, we are happy to deliver your products – just contact us to arrange this.

What is your return policy?

You’re welcome to return your order within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. This is excluding custom made items. Please get in touch with us for return instructions. You’ll just need to arrange and cover the return postage.
