Handmade items may differ slightly in size, shape, or appearance.

Yarn dye lots can vary between batches.

Prices, availability, and descriptions may change at any time.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£). No VAT is charged on our products. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

You will receive an automated email confirming we received it.

Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, payment does not clear, or we suspect fraudulent activity.If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.Payment must be received before your order is dispatched (unless cash payment on delivery has been selected).

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot replace or refund parcels lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier/postal service.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We may request a photo to help assess the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

9. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom items are created specifically for you. For this reason:

They cannot be returned unless faulty

They cannot be cancelled once work has started

Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur
